When is the site opening?
We’re opening in July 2016
How do I make a booking?
We’re managed and operated by Glamping Village, you can make a booking enquiry using our online enquire form or give them a call directly on 01395 542210
How do I get there?
We situated in the East Devon countryside about 15 minutes drive from Exeter, once you’ve made your booking we’ll give you the exact location and directions!
What time can I arrive?
You can arrive any time after 1PM, you must depart from the site by 11AM.
Where do I park my car?
We’ve got a field adjacent to the site where cars can be parked, we don’t allow cars in the site but have wheelbarrows to cart your luggage and can give you a hand when you arrive if you want!
Can I bring pets?
It’s a working farm so sorry no pets are allowed on the site except guidedogs.
Do you allow children?
Absolutly, we’re all about having fun so children are a must!
Are there toilets?
We’ve built a couple of eco compost loos, one for the girls and one for the boys!
Is there somewhere to wash?
We’ve got an inside / outside hot shower as well as washing facilities
Can I cook in my Bell Tent?
Please don’t cook inside the tents, all cooking must be don’t outside to aviod the risk of fire or carbon monoxide poisioning
Can I smoke?
Again, please don’t smoke in the Bell Tents and there’s a no smoking policy in and around the childrens play area
What do I do if there’s an emergency?
When you arrive we’ll provide you with all the useful numbers for doctors and shops in the area, you’ll have our contact details anyway so you can allways call us 24/7
How do I use the communal cooking equipment?
It’s all pretty basic stuff to cook with and upon arrival we’ll run through all of the equipment with you so you know how to use it
Can I help myself at the bar?
We’ll stock the bar out prior to your arrival with the cooking essentials, plus there will be all sorts of other food and drink on offer. We’ve got an honesty box so if you do use anything we ask for you to contribute a little something back!
Can I pick fruit and Veg?
During the weekend we’ll pick any fresh fruit an veg from the garden and leave it for you to enjoy!
Can I get WiFi?
We’d all like to think we can go away and switch off but the reality is it’s hard these days so WiFi is provided at the bar free of charge
Is anywhere out of bounds?
We ask you not to enter the farm area for obvious safety reasons, these areas will be clearly marked
Do I need to bring anything?
We don’t as default provide bedding so a duvet or sleeping bags are a must, however you can hire these from us when you book. Also a toothbrush, towels, raincoats and of course a smile!

Do you accept same sex groups?
Families and couples only I’m afraid!
What happens if I cancel?
We don’t offer a refund unless we manage to fill your booking last minute, if we can do that then we’ll be able to refund your money.
What happens if it rains?
It’s England so at some point in the summer it will no doubt rain, we’ve got inside areas but suggest you do bring along raincoats and wellies just in case!
